Ruark assisted me and his speedy service allowed me to get my order within 24h from Cape Town to Pretoria. This was for a job that had to be expedited and Ruark made that possible, and he saved me R300 on shipping cost. Thanks! Oh and their store prices are the best I seen yet.

From site visit to construction these guys were professionals - clear about what could be done and how it would look best aesthetically. We are very pleased with the strong steel wires and fittings which will look great and also function well against the strong cape town winds.

Ruark helped me out with installing safety lines in our apartment windows on relatively short notice. Gabriel and Brian did a superb job. As a mechanical engineer it’s easy for me to tell who takes care and who just wants to get a job done - these guys had the right tools and expertise for the task at hand.
